Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to mainland UK (excluding Ireland)  

How long will my order take? 

All our furniture is made bespoke to order. ​We aim to complete order within 6 weeks from order confirmation and provide regular updates to keep you up to date. 

What if I’m not going to be in? 

Please contact us as soon as possible, including order details so we can reschedule your delivery.  

You will be contacted 24 hours before delivery to confirm delivery instructions.  


What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item that is no problem. We’re happy to offer a refund or an exchange, if it’s within the return period. You must return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order.


Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. To make the return process as quick and smooth as possible, please follow the below steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of your delivery to let us know you would like to return or exchange as well as why you would like to do so.
2. Make sure you package your order the same way it was received and in the original boxes. If you have not kept the original boxes, it is your responsibility to make sure the products are re-boxed, we do not provide additional boxes. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Please write your order number on the outside.
3. Your item will be collected by the courier, or you drop off the boxes yourself, we will then confirm once this is received on our end and the refund or exchange will be processed.

If an exchange is chosen, we can often arrange for the collection and delivery to take place at the same time for smaller items. If a refund is chosen, this will be done within 10 working days of us receiving your return. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

If you are returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage and adequate insurance. We retain the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable.

Please note all bespoke furniture are non-refundable, please contact us to discuss options. 


Can I use my own fabric? 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer that service. 

What’s the Martindale scale? 

The Martindale abrasion rub test is a measurement of the durability of fabric according to the amount of times discs can oscillate sandpaper or wool across the fabric before it starts to show distress. The rub test score is internationally recognised and measures the durability of upholstery fabric for general domestic or contract use. Fabric is categorised by a numerical score to show how durable it is.

Our fabric is certified to ≥200,000, standard residential fabric are usually 30,000.
